I am going to share here with you some predictions made by an article written by someone anonymous in the newspaper "Punjab Kesari" on 10th August 2013.
Accroding to the article, Mars is going into 4th phase of Nakshatra Punarvasu and in Cancer from 19th August 2013. It is not a favorable place of Mars, because it is debilitated in Cancer.
Mars is debilitated in the following houses from your Rashi : 1,4, 8 and 12th. So, if you are Aries, Cancer, Sagittarius or Leo by your moon sign, it is going to give you bad results.
However if it is present at 3rd, 6th, 10th or 11th house from your Rashi then will give you good results. So, it is going to give good results for the people of Taurus, Aquarius, Libra and Virgo.
