So, what happen when 10th lord of your birth chart goes into the 3rd house? Well, we have to understand first that what is 10th house and what is 3rd house okay?
10th house represents the surroundings at your career place, it represents your father or some higher authorities in your life such as govt.

3rd house represents your courage and efforts, day to day surroundings, your siblings, your neighborhood, your hands, communication in day to day life and short distance travels.

Now lord of 10th house comes into the 3rd house, what will happen? Well, this will bring a lot of communication in your day to day activities related to your career, maybe you have to travel a lot in your surrounding places for your career so,your career could be marketing or media.

Sun in Libra (Why is Sun Debilitated in Libra?)

Today, I will discuss with you the reason why Sun is considered to be debilitated in Libra. For understanding the logic behind this, we have to understand the nature of Sun and zodiac Sign Libra.

• What is Sun? Well, in Vedic Astrological system, Sun is considered as the King of the Zodiac, so he likes to rule while sitting in the throne. He gives order to the people to go and do different tasks related to every affair of the state. 

He seldom visits the corners of the places, maybe once in a month or two months. His work is to run the court and listen to different matters offered by the courtiers. Also, Sun represents you father, your soul, your Ego, and higher authorities in your life.

• Now what does Libra signify? Libra is 7th zodiac sign which is ruled by a sensual, peace and fantasy loving planet Venus. Venus loves to have love relationships and also loves to go into places to form relationships.  It wants balance in your relationships, love/marriage relations as well as business relationships. Now Sun comes into the Libra, what will happen?

Sun has to move out of the throne and has to go to different places to have relationship. Sun's dignity is now in challenge because, no one will respect him the same way as he is respected in the court.
He gets hurt when people don't pay him the attention and respect same as he is offered as a King. He gets depressed and is not able to feel good.  That is why Sun is said to be debilitated.. if he is able to make good relationship then he will feel good but if not then gets hurt a lot.

People having Sun in Libra are driven by their ego to have relationships, if they are not in a relation, they feel depressed and in that way, generally they will have a number of relationship in their life because they can't live without it. Horoscope Matching on the basis of Planetary position

Today, I watched a video on youtube in KRS Channel run by Kapiel Raaj in which for me, he explained a new way of horoscope matching. I learned few things about the Ashta-Koota system but, didn't knew much about looking at the planetary positions which according to him are best way to match the two of your horoscopes.
What he did was something different than the Ashta-Koota system which is based on your Rashi(Moon sign) and Nakshtras. I think in Ashta-Koota system a lot of importance is given to the Moon and it sounds reasonable also because Moon is nearest planet to the earth and rising of the ocean tides is the biggest example of its influence on the earth.
At the same time we must not forget about the importance of the other planets in our birth chart. Each planet is a Kark of something such as Sun is Karka of Father, Moon is of mother, Mars is of courage, Mercury of intelligence, Venus of spouse, Jupiter of wealth, Saturn of longevity, Rahu of Desire and Ketu of emancipation.

In that way we can say that judging the matching of the two horoscopes solely on the basis of the Moon sign and its Nakshtra can misguide us. I read few other articles on the internet here which talk about the importance of the planetary positions in the two charts.
What we have to do is to super-impose the two charts and then we have to see what is the effect of the planets on each other's chart. I think this can not be explained with words as it can be explained with the help of two charts which exactly Kapiel did but, still I will try to explain a little.

Suppose there are two charts one of the Virgo Ascendant and another of Capricorn Ascendant.
Now suppose the Venus of the Virgo ascendant is in the 4th house and Venus of the Capricorn ascendant is in Gemini in the 6th house.
Now if we super-impose the second chart into the first we have to put the Venus into the Gemini in the first chart. Gemini is ruling the 10th house of career. Than we have to see what effects it is producing.

If we get good effects that must be a good match right?
This makes a lot of sense than the Ashta-Koota system which uses the factors such as Varna, Vashya and Yoni etc. Some astrologers say that Ashta-Koota system is least important as compared to the Planetary matching and Kooja dosha check.

Vashya matching in Vedic Astrology for checking Marriage Compatibility

I was wondering why do we give 2 points when Vashyas are matched for a given couple. In ancient times it was believed that a girl is taken care and controlled by her father before the marriage and by her husband after the marriage.

In that way it was checked if the husband is able to control his wife or not. This was checked using matching the Vashyas of the two. Now the question arises what is Vashya?

Vashya is decided on the basis of the Rashi(Moon sign) of a person, boy or girl. There are four Vashya:

1. Manav (Biped)- Gemini, Libra, Sagittarius, Aquarius and Virgo
2. Vanchar(Wild-Beast) - Leo
3. Jalchar(Water dweller)- Cancer, Pisces, Capricorn
4. Keet(Insect) - Scorpio
5. Chatuspad(Quadrped) - Taurus, Aries

If the Boy's Vashya is superior to Girl's Vashya then it will get a score of 2 and if Girl's Vashya is superior the, it will get 0. In today's world things are changing, girls are independent and can earn their own living so, Vashya Dosha is not very much important. 

One has to check the whole Birth Chart to check the other Dosha or Yogas which will either support or negate the Vashya Dosha. 

If there are other beneficial Yogas one should not care much about the Vashya or Varna Dosha in today's world because women being independent do not need to be controlled the way needed in the past.

Varna in Vedic Horoscope Matching

Nadi Dosha in Vedic Horoscope Matching

Well, I want to tell you about the Nadi Dosha in Marriage which governs 8 points among the total of 36 points.

What is Nadi Dosha?

The Nadi is of three types - Adi(Start), Madhya(middle) and Antya(End). If the proposed bride and groom have same Nadi, then you have a dosha, called Nadi Dosha. You lose all of the eight points that are attributed to the Nadi element among the Ashtkootas. 

For example, bride has Aadi Nadi, and groom has Aadi Nadi too, it creates a Nadhi Dosha. Similar if both have 'Madhya Nadi' or both have 'Antya Nadi', it creates the Nadi Dosha. 

Nadi Dosha doesn't exist if the Nadi is different. For example if groom has "Aadi" while bride has "Madhya" or "Antya" Nadi, the Nadi Dosha doesn't exist. 

What are its Effects on Married Life?

 If you marry with Nadi Dosha then you may face problems in having children. If you are able to conceive, the children might be suffering from certain sickness from the birth itself.  One of both of  you may face health problems.  and if you have children, they will be weak.

When does Nadi Dosha Get Cancelled?

Nadi Dosha gets cancelled in certain cases:

1. If two people are born with same Rashi but their nakshatra are different.
2. If Nakshatras are same but Rashis are different, again it gets cancelled.
3. If Rashis and Nakshatra both are same but the Padas of the Nakshatras are different.

5th house of both male and females should be properly checked because this is the house of children.

What are the Remedies of Nadi Dosha?

If Nadi Dosha still prevails then there are no perfect cures for it, but if you still want to marry then there are some rituals which you can follow to minimize the effects.

Ritual: Chanting Maha-Mrityunjya Mantra and offering grains, cow and cloth to a Brahmin. 

If you ask me whether I have experienced anything related to Nadi dosha, answer is NO!, but my uncles and others believe in it. This article is a result of what I learnt from them and other articles online on internet.

P.S. - I was having a marriage proposal but, I didn't want to marry because I have not seen even the face of the girl. I wanted to cut the talks immediately. I asked the date of birth and the time of birth of the girl and did a quick online horoscope match analysis.

The result was 17/36 i.e. out of 36 only 17 Gunas matched. Now, as per Vedic Astrology this marriage is considered in-auspicious and that is with what I informed my parents. That was how I ended the talks about that proposal. You can try it sometimes! ;p
